Formed in 1985, our local chapter of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SSVDP) is a manifestation of Jesus' command to feed the hungry and care for the homeless. Its mission is to meet with the needy in our community and provide material, emotional and spiritual support. Some material support provided is food, clothing, school lunches and supplies, medicine, furniture, and financial assistance to individuals or families in crisis. We are extremely proud of the work done by our chapter of the SSVDP and strongly support all its endeavours.
