Aylmer Sector's Meals on Wheels helps seniors and disabled folks to live independently in their homes, although they are unable to prepare their own meals.

Meals are prepared three days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) and are delivered to our clients' homes by volunteer drivers. Approximately 84 meals per week are prepared and delivered by only 12 volunteers, most of whom are seniors themselves.

This operation is ecumenical, serving clients from all denominations. We are in great need of more volunteers for both the preparation and delivery of meals.
