“Who do people say that I am? Who do you say I am?” Jesus asked a question to his disciples. After referring to what people say about the identity Christ, Peter answered rightly “You are the Messiah”. Jesus puts forward the same question to each one of us today: “Who am I for you?” We know many people admire Christ today. They say he was the greatest person ever to live on earth. But the question is “Is this belief enough for a Christian?” What is the difference between a true follower /disciple of Christ and an admirer? What is your answer to his question today? For a correct answer to the question like Peter you need to have a personal experience of Christ in your life.

COMMUNITY MASS: The Liturgy committee decided to organize a Community Mass in the place of outdoor Mass on Sunday the 1st of October in view of coming together to thank the Lord as one family. It would also provide us an opportunity to meet and greet all the members of our St. Mark’s family. Therefore, on Sunday October 1/ 2006 there will be only one Mass at 10:30 a.m., followed by a pot luck lunch in the back yard. This will also be our annual recruitment of volunteers for the various ministries “ministry market place”. Please bring something for the “Pot Luck” lunch. Remind your friends and families about the single Mass. We have permission to park on the side of streets Frank Robinson and Patrimoine from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm as long as we don’t block traffic.
